Refund Policy
At IPCamLive, we strive to provide a high-quality live streaming service for our customers. To maintain transparency, we have established the following refund policy for our pre-paid and post-paid service plans.
Pre-Paid Services
- Payments made for pre-paid service plans are generally non-refundable. However, if during the prepaid period there is a fault or error with the provided service that we cannot fix, a full refund will be issued. In any other cases, no refunds will be provided. Once a pre-paid plan is activated, users will have access to the purchased service for the entire duration of the selected plan.
Auto-Payment
- For users enrolled in auto-payment, IPCamLive will send a notification three (3) days before the payment is processed. During this period, users have the opportunity to raise any complaints or challenge the invoice. Once the payment has been taken, the invoice and the provided service is considered formally accepted by the user, and no refunds will be made under any circumstances.
Post-Paid Services
- For post-paid service plans, customers are billed based on actual usage at the end of each billing cycle. Since charges are incurred only for the services used, once the payment has been made, the invoice and the provided service is considered formally accepted by the user, and no refunds will be made under any circumstances.
Service Cancellations
- Customers may cancel any service at any time without prior notice. To cancel a service, simply navigate to the settings page of the camera you wish to cancel, uncheck the 'Camera Enabled' box, and confirm by clicking the 'Update' button. The service for that camera will be immediately canceled. If you wish to cancel services for multiple cameras, please repeat this process for each camera individually.
- Based on the usage in the current payment period (proportion of the usage in the actual month), the final invoice will be issued at the beginning of the next month.
Exceptional Cases
- Refunds will only be granted in the case of a duplicate payment for the same service. No other refund requests will be accepted under exceptional cases.
- To request a refund due to a duplicate payment, customers must submit a written request to our support team at support@ipcamlive.com within 7 days of the charge.
Changes to the Refund Policy
- IPCamLive reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
